How your data is processed
Your file is parsed to calculate aggregate claims metrics. Direct-identifier columns are rejected before any rows are stored. The original upload is deleted after parsing. Aggregated analysis results may be retained in your account; an AI-generated executive summary receives only aggregate metrics, not claim-level rows or identifiers.

Use claim date, diagnosis and procedure codes, NDC or drug name, provider NPI or provider name, paid and allowed amounts, claim type, and place of service. If claimant grouping is needed, use only a non-reversible member key or hash.
