We use AI to help explain complex employee-benefits topics, analyze user-provided information, and improve educational tools—not to make decisions for you.

Employer Benefits IQ uses the following labels to describe the role AI, rules, and expert review play in a result or resource.

AI-Assisted™
Identifies GPT-generated analysis based on user inputs. AI-assisted outputs are designed to help you explore information and questions; they are not legal, tax, medical, or fiduciary advice.
Rules-Based™
Rules-Based™
Identifies deterministic calculations using published rules and benchmarks. These outputs follow the stated inputs, formulas, and reference assumptions.
Human-Reviewed™
Human-Reviewed™
Identifies content written or substantially edited and verified by a subject-matter expert. Review does not create a client relationship or replace independent professional advice.
Your information and AI
Do not submit protected health information, personally identifiable information, or other sensitive records to AI-enabled tools. Use de-identified, aggregate information only.
Uploaded documents are processed for the requested analysis and deleted after processing. We retain only aggregate, non-identifying results when needed to support your saved tool history.
Your uploads and tool inputs are not used to train public AI models.
