Prioritization Framework
Prioritize wellbeing initiatives based on three factors: health impact (how much will this improve workforce health?), ROI potential (what is the expected financial return?), and implementation feasibility (how difficult is this to implement?). Initiatives that score high on all three factors should be in Year 1; those that score high on two factors in Year 2; those that score high on one factor in Year 3.
The 3-Year Horizon
IQ Insight
A 3-year wellbeing strategy roadmap provides a long-term framework that guides annual investment decisions. It signals to leadership that wellbeing is a strategic commitment, not a series of one-off programs. It also creates a natural framework for annual progress reviews — and for ongoing advisory engagement. A client with a 3-year roadmap needs an advisor to help them execute it.
