The Undiagnosed Condition Opportunity
Biometric screening identifies employees with undiagnosed chronic conditions — employees who have hypertension or pre-diabetes but do not know it. Early identification and intervention for these employees can prevent the progression to more serious (and more expensive) conditions.
Follow-Up Programs
IQ Insight
Biometric screening without follow-up is a missed opportunity. Employees who learn they have elevated blood pressure or pre-diabetes need a clear path to action — a referral to their primary care physician, enrollment in a disease management program, or access to health coaching. Screening without follow-up identifies problems but does not solve them.
